This is discussed in Part 2 of this document. If you provide this information to Giva in a spreadsheet, we can rapidly import it into the eAssetManager database saving you data entry time. Linking Assets to Service EventsThe really dynamic power of Giva eAssetManager comes when you link service events to customer’s assets. After the company assets have been entered into the database you are ready to link assets to service events. During NOR set-up, your Administrator may have designated that whenever a specific NOR is used, you will be required to attach an asset. Attach Asset to Ticket HyperlinkWhen a customer calls with a desktop computer problem, and you are in the "Create Ticket" mode, you will see the "Attach Asset to Ticket" hyperlink in the first line of the ticket.
