Attach Asset Selection Screen

When you click on the "Attach Asset to Ticket" hyperlink, Giva eHelpDesk will automatically open a window presenting all the assets that have been assigned to this customer. All you have to do is check the box next to the asset that this service event relates to. After the ticket is created, the asset will be attached to this event. The Asset Repair Frequency Report displays the types of assets, the manufacturers and the models that cause the highest frequency of repairs.
