Asset Repair Frequency Report

The Asset Repair Frequency Report can help you compare different manufacturers or models for reliability. When an asset is attached to a service event, it will appear in this report. You have the ability to customize the report by Asset Types, Assignee Departments, or Manufacturer for any date range. When it comes time to make purchasing decisions, the Asset Repair Frequency Report can be used to determine which manufacturer or model is having the highest frequency of repair requests. In the example below, we clicked on the number of tickets for Laptops (#6) to expand the report to show a listing of ticket summaries.
