Assets by Customer

This is a particularly important report if your company has a lot of employee turnover. When the Help Desk gets a termination notice, they can quickly run this report to see what assets have been assigned to this customer. A child ticket can then be created for the Desktop group to retrieve and recondition the assets and get them ready for the next assignee.
