Hyperlink to Giva eChangeManager

You can place a hyperlink to Giva eChangeManager anywhere you like. Most often, clients link to Giva eChangeManager from their intranet. Since Giva eChangeManager has many levels of password security, only authorized persons can get to the home page.

Hyperlinks to common tasks

Everything in Giva eChangeManager starts with a simple home page. As you can see below, there are five hyperlinks for the most common tasks:

  • Submit – Submit a new change request, you also have a tab for this function.
  • Search change requests – People can do this by entering a request number or through advanced search.
  • Support – Anyone may contact support and enter a support ticket. Giva responds according to our service level agreement.
  • Administration – Your Giva eChangeManager administrator uses this hyperlink for all configuration tasks.
  • Change Password – Because Giva takes security very seriously, we ask you to change your password regularly. This hyperlink makes it easy for you to manage your password.

Organizational Tabs

Every screen has five tabs across the top:

  • Home – One click to return the to the home page.
  • New request – From any screen, one mouse click to open a new RFC.
  • My Requested – One click to view all the RFCs you have created. An easy way to see where these RFCs are in the change management life cycle.
  • Reports – All report hyperlinks are under this tab.
  • Suggestion Box – Giva is always interested in ways to improve Giva eChangeManager. That is why we make it easy for you to reach us because we know that your best thoughts happen at any moment. Click "Suggestion Box" to open a service request to Giva Development.
