For convenience, Giva eCustomerService groups reports into logical sections: Current Status, Request Analysis, Service Level Agreements, Customer Information, and Knowledge Management. The reports section provides you a way to group your favorite reports together under, “My Reports”. Simply click the “Set up My Reports” link and designate your favorites. This will place your reports in your own special area at the top of this page.
