Since her request is about her clinical case study documentation, she selects this from the Nature of Request menu. This classifies the request, sets the priority and automatically routes the request to the appropriate CSR. It also opens another window that asks for specific information. GEMP has configured this window during setup as a way to prompt customers for information they might not remember to provide.
