Betty should be able to tell Carol if there is a local service center near where Carol lives, if she needs hands-on support. The General Information notes informs Betty that Carol is new to photography so she needs to tailor her support to fit the customer. Create ticket mode also displays any of Carol’s recent service requests. This not only helps to avoid duplicate ticket entries, but also provides a chance for Betty to understand Carol’s previous support issues.
