For convenience, Giva eCustomerService groups reports into logical sections: Current Status, Request Analysis, Service Level Agreements, Customer Information and Knowledge Management. The report section provides you a way to group your favorite reports together under, "My Reports". Simply click on "Set up My Reports" and designate your favorites. This places your reports in your own special area at the top of this page.
