Self-Service Web Portal

DCS designed their Web portal to be very simple because customers say that they will only use self service tools that are easy to use. Customers are not required to log in in order to search. However, if you would like to protect the Web portal with a username and password that is possible as well. DCS uses a login version of this same knowledge tool for their support people.

Carol, a consumer, goes to the DCS Web site because she has a question about her new camera. First, she checks for common customer questions by clicking on "Customer FAQ/Most Frequently Used" in the self-service Web portal below.
