Another option Carol has is to create a service request from the self-help Web portal. After she clicks on "Create Service Request", a customer Home Page appears. Simple links exist for different actions such as creating a new ticket or searching for existing tickets.

When she clicks on "Create New Ticket", an easy-to-complete window appears.
