Create a Service Request

Since her request is about her lens barrier, she selects this from the Nature of Request Menu. This classifies the request, sets the priority and automatically routes the request to the appropriate customer service representative. It also opens another window that asks for specific information. DSC has configured this window during setup as a way to prompt customers for information they might not remember to provide.
