Summary

Setting up Giva eHelpDesk for the first time is easy to do. After receiving a password from Giva, set-up, administration and customization can be performed in a matter of days. This is far superior to typical support management software applications that require trained experts to:

  • Configure servers
  • Install application and database software
  • Set-up and customize software
  • Install a client application on each user’s PC
  • Provide extensive user training

With a typical support management application, these steps could require three to six months of work.

Giva eHelpDesk also eliminates additional challenges such as ongoing server maintenance and backup strategies.

Giva assists customers in setting up Giva eHelpDesk. After assessing your company and support environment, we make recommendations based on industry best practices. However, you maintain full control over all aspects of the Giva eHelpDesk configuration.
