Define Submit Methods

You can easily set up the optional Submit Method field in Giva eHelpDesk. The Submit Method is how the service request was reported to the Help Desk. Examples are telephone, Web, email, fax, etc. There are reports available in Giva eHelpDesk that will help analyze Submit Methods. The number of customer requests by Submit Method and the length of time it takes to process each method can help you determine staffing levels with greater accuracy.
