Define Quick Tickets

Giva Quick Tickets™ are service requests that occur with great frequency. Examples of Quick Tickets are "Change Password", "Company Information Request", and "Status Request." Quick Tickets speed data entry and require only two simple steps.

Customers typically set-up 10-15 Quick Tickets. To open a Quick Ticket, all you have to do is select the appropriate one from a drop-down menu and click "Finish". The pre-configured Nature of Request, Service Group, Status, Severity Level, Assignee, and Resolution Note are automatically loaded into the service request.
