My Ticket Count Report

Setting goals and measuring your progress is a great self-performance measurement process. Giva eHelpDesk makes it easy with many Easy Three-Click Reporting choices. The My Ticket Count report is specific to the person logged in and allows you to specify a date range and will give you the number of tickets you opened, closed and the percentages based upon all tickets over that date range.
