Easy to Navigate New Service Request – Customer Information

When a profile for a new request page is presented, you have the option to view a recent history of the customer’s requests. The number of requests retrieved over a time period are business rules options that are selected in set-up.

This is a great way to avoid duplicate requests or to simply provide better customer service by having recent information available at your fingertips. You also are able to see where the customer is located and make changes to their profile, if necessary. There are options for the amount of detail that you want to view in customer profiles.
