Search Previous Problems or Solutions

From the Home Page or while opening a ticket, select "Search Knowledge Base" and then enter keywords. Check the relevant Description fields when searching for previous problems. If you enclose keywords is in quotes, then Giva eHelpDesk returns only exact matches.
