Search Specific Ticket Numbers

You can use the Search function to look up a specific request. You can customize the system to send the employee/customer an email at various times during the life of a service request. As a minimum, your employees/customers will receive an email when a request is opened and closed. These email notifications contain the request number.

To look at a specific service request, enter the number in the field and hit "Enter" or click the "Search" link. When the ticket is presented, you can look at what is being done and/or enter notes into the ticket for the technician.
