My Open

The My Open tab produces a report of all your service requests that are currently open. The report can be selected by using the hot key "Ctrl Shift O".

If you want to download this report, then you can click on the Create Download link. Giva eHelpDesk will automatically open a Microsoft® Excel spreadsheet and download your data. You can also create an Adobe® PDF of this report by clicking the appropriate link. If you want to print selected tickets, check the respective "Check to Print" boxes of the tickets and click the "Print" button. If you want to print all tickets, check "Check to Print All Tickets" box and click the “Print" button.
