Giva Home Page

This is the Giva Home Page. Here are two sample configurations. One shows the Service Level Agreements and the other is configured not to display them. There are many other configuration options. Also, configuration options allow you to customize the style sheet of the application.

We have made the home page simple to navigate. It is divided into tabs at the top that will always be present opn every screen in the application. There are three tabs to assist you. These are Home, My Open, and My History. From anywhere in the application, click the Home tab and GIva eHelpDesk will take you back to the Home Page.
