Create New Ticket

When you click the "Create New Ticket" link from the Home Page, you will see the following screen. We have made it as simple as possible to complete a service request. The total time is usually less than one minute.

Step 1: Enter Service Request Description
Step 2: Select Nature of Request
Step 3: Select Severity Level and click "Submit".

This is where employees/customers describe what the service request is about. It could be a problem or it could be a request.
