Nature of Request – Questions

In order to help solve problems, the support organization has the option to associate specific general instructions and questions with each Nature of Requests. In the example below, this screen popped up when we selected the Nature of Request, "Enterprise Application Issue."

The questions are designed to help fix the problem before a service request is opened and also solicit the necessary information that will speed the resolution process.

After you select "Copy to Description", Giva eHelpDesk copies both the questions and the answers to the Service Request Description as shown below.
