Nature of Request – Questions

The following is another configuration alternative for the pop-up instructions box.

Since the request is about a lens barrier, the customer selects this from the appropriate Nature of Request menu. This classifies the request, sets the priority, and automatically routes the request to the appropriate customer service representative. It also opens another window that asks for specific information as shown below. The Giva system administrator has configured this window during setup as a way to prompt customers for information they might not remember to provide.
