The service request will be returned. The four tabs provide access to all sections of the service request. Each service request you bring up on the screen has been designed for ease of use. Request tabs (Ticket Summary, Ticket History, Ticket Actions, and View Customer) are designed for the specific task at hand. After making changes in the service request, select "Update" to update the service request and go back to the previous screen or select "Update & Modify" to update the service request and stay in it.
