Search Previous Problems or Solutions

From the Home Page or while opening a ticket, select "Search Knowledge Base" and then enter the keywords. Check the relevant Description fields when searching for previous problems. If a phrase of keywords is included in quotes, then the Giva eHelpDesk search engine returns only exact matches.

Select any of the ticket buttons to view more detail. When viewing a ticket, select any of the ticket links at the bottom of the screen to view other tickets.
