Customers can access knowledge records from the Internet with a very simple user interface.

This is the Home Page of Giva eHelpDesk with Giva eKnowledgeManager integrated. Giva eHelpDesk a Web-native problem management system. The "Search eKnowledgeManager" is the link that allows access to Giva eKnowledgeManager.
