Four Required Steps to Set-up Giva eKnowledgeManager

Step 1 – Add/Edit Knowledge Categories

The category list is an optional drop down menu that is displayed in the search menu to help more finely tune the knowledge record search to include only appropriate records. Categories can be added by typing them in the "Add New Categories" text entry box and clicking, "Add New". If you are already using another Giva solution, then you can quickly create the category list by leveraging your Natures of Request already set-up in the system. This is done by clicking on "Initialize From Natures of Request".
