Step 7 – Add/Edit Rejection Reasons

The reasons that knowledge records are rejected is important to track since there is a significant investment of resources for Knowledge Approvers to spend time reviewing proposed knowledge. In particular, tracking the number of redundant knowledge records proposed is an important metric. This metric is tracked in the Knowledge Statistics report.
