Executive Summary

Giva eServiceDesk is an Web-native request system that enables employees to open electronic service requests through their PCs for copy jobs. The system is easy and intuitive to use and requires only about 5 minutes of training for employees. You can easily assign due dates for each job and attached documents using common Microsoft® Windows "Browse" steps. Giva eServiceDesk can convert over 300 different file types to Adobe® PDFs on the fly without requiring any Adobe® Acrobat software on the desktop PC.

This tool allows onsite Copy Centers to assign jobs to an onsite Copy Center employee or to any offsite Copy Center, if too busy. Giva eServiceDesk can also be used by Supervisors to record "Meter Reads" of all copiers. Most importantly, Giva eServiceDesk can automatically and quickly reconcile copier output of requests to "Clicks" from "Meter Reads" and can analyze any difference in management reports.

The system is highly customizable to meet many of your customer’s needs since dynamic forms and management reports can easily be created. Giva eServiceDesk can be integrated with billing systems.
