Convert Over 300 Different File Types to PDF Format

Converting any file to Adobe® PDF format standardizes the fonts and other formats for consistency between the originals and copy output. Giva eServiceDesk makes this task easy and can convert over 300 different file types into PDF files. Simply check the "Convert to PDF" box. The Adobe PDF "Reader" window opens with the document you wish to convert. An approval button appears to acknowledge your approval. Next, the window refreshes to include the newly created PDF file. A PDF creator application is not required on the desktop of the person opening the service request. This saves a significant amount of money as only the free Adobe Acrobat Reader application is required.
