Litigation Support Department Updating Service Requests

Bill Jackson from Skadden’s Litigation Support Department will go back into the service request to update it with an appropriate response. Note also the logged entry showing the date promised is changed from 7/15 to 7/10. This is much more efficient than a series of emails since all the information is in one place. If Naomi, Bill, or Merrill employees are not available, then other people can access this important time critical information to keep the project moving along to meet the deadline.
