From beginning to end, this task took less than one minute to select the service desk, create the service request, complete the word processing form, attach her draft letter, and click the "Submit" button. She receives confirmation in a Giva eServiceDesk window and also in her email. She is now able to track the progress of her request. The Word Processing department can use this tool to better balance their priorities and workload.
