Copy Center

Next, Betty needs to contact the Copy Center to have a document copied. From her Home Page she selects the Copy Center Service Desk. She does this by selecting "Copy Center" from the drop-down menu and then hits the "Go" button. This presents the Copy Center Service Desk Home Page with its own set of service levels.
