Training users requires less than one hour because of the ease of use and familiar browser interface. When service requests are opened by employees, the Copy Center is notified via email and/or pager. Users can also see all service requests open under the "All Open" tab. Jane works in the Copy Center. She logs into Giva eServiceDesk and sees her Home Page.
