Edit Service Request: Summary View

Jane enters ticket 17 into the search field and retrieves the service request. The "Ticket Summary" tab is a summary of all the relevant information in the service request. The section "BLACK & WHITE" was dynamically created because under "Type", the employee selected, "Black & White." Jane can now assign the job to a specific copier. The Copy Center configures this customizable form to fit their business requirements.
