Edit Service Request: Multiple Types

When the customer selects multiple copy types, then the dynamic form expands with matching sections. The form also expands dynamically when Jane chooses a machine. The form now shows an Operator selection menu, Meter Start, Meter End, and Waste data entry fields for each machine. The operator (Jane) can enter meter reads and account for any waste so that all copies are accounted for. Management reports are available to automatically reconcile all of these fields to ensure that firm resources are being used only for business purposes.

Jane can further define the service request by assigning it to any one of other copy centers in the company or associated third-party centers. Selecting an assignee automatically changes the status to "ASSIGNED." Upon completing the service request, Jane changes the status to "CLOSED."
