Facilities

The Facilities department prefers to handle service requests through a dispatcher. A "Dispatcher" is a role that your Giva administrator designates in setup.

Jim is the facilities "Dispatcher." He will receive notifications of new service requests via email and emergency service requests via a pager. When Jim logs into Giva eServiceDesk he will see the following Home Page.
