All Open Tickets Report

Jim clicks on the "All Open" report tab and then clicks the "Get Report" button. From this report, he can drill down to each individual service request via the ticket number link and assign the service request to one of the team members. In a matter of minutes, Jim has assigned all the open tickets for the day.
