Unlike facilities, Finance does not have a "Dispatcher." Instead, every morning, each department member runs the "All Open Tickets" report and assigns themselves service requests that relate to their job function. They pay careful attention to critical service requests that need to be resolved quickly. The department supervisor also checks the system throughout the day for any unassigned critical service requests. After Charles completes any critical service requests, he runs the "My Open Tickets" report.
