In order to retrieve a ticket, enter the ticket number in the data entry box in the top navigation or in the entry field under the "Find Tickets" tab, and press "Enter" or click "Find Tickets."
The several ticket tabs provide access to all sections of the ticket. After making changes in the ticket, select "Save & Exit" to update the ticket and go back to the home page or select "Save" to update the ticket and remain in the ticket.
