View a Customer History Report of All Logged Requests
When you select the "Search Tickets by Customer" item in the Tickets dropdown in the top navigation, and enter the appropriate parameters and select the customer, you are presented with list of all logged requests for that customer. Using the list of previous tickets for the customer is easy to see trends or similar events that helps to make the diagnosis and resolution easier and faster.
