Easy Communication with Other Service Groups
When an emergency occurs, you can quickly communicate it to one or many service groups by using the Marquee Message™ feature which flashes at the top of each screen. You can also use this feature to communicate events that are not emergencies. For example, you can also simply inform all the members of the Help Desk that there is a meeting today. You could also tell all Service Groups or any subset of Service Groups in IT that the Help Desk will be off the phones for an hour, but available for emergencies by pager. If there is a recurring meeting every week, then you can save the Marquee Message and just change the expiration date.
