We know that every Help Desk analyst wants to be able to make the customer happy. That is why we have given you a powerful tool to measure customer satisfaction. As an option, when service requests are closed, you can have a link to a quick survey sent to customers via email. The survey asks the customer to rate the service received on a scale of 1 to 5. It also asks for any feedback. This information is then summarized in a report that displays your customer service scores by severity level for a selected date range. The survey can also be customized.
To obtain a graphical presentation of the data, simply click on each Severity Level link. The report will then be a chart of the ranking percentages for that severity level.
