Set Up Specialized Departments
Purpose: To create a new service group (any group that is to receive service requests assigned to it) and define the escalation path for each severity level.
Define your Service Groups. These are the various departments that specialize in distinct aspects of support. As a minimum requirement, there must be one Service Group. It is automatically set-up by default and named "Help Desk", but the name can be edited. Within Service Groups, you also have the option to set escalations paths for each Severity Level. For setting up escalation notifications, please see Section II Optional Configuration.
