We showed you how knowledge users provide their input into Giva eKnowledgeManager. They indicate whether knowledge was helpful which increments the Problem Solving Score and they can also rate the knowledge. Quality knowledge is more important than a large quantity of knowledge that no one uses. This report ranks knowledge records by the Problem Solving Score. The report is excellent for rewarding knowledge creators for useful knowledge and for identifying knowledge candidates for improvements or elimination.
