My Knowledge Article Status Report
My Knowledge Article Status report lists all knowledge records that the logged in user has proposed. It lists all records by status such as Proposed, In-Progress, Approved, and Rejected. This report allows all users to quickly access the knowledge records that Approvers and Administrators may have questions about. It is also an excellent report for users to run to obtain information about their knowledge contributions when writing annual reviews. The knowledge team uses the Knowledge Status report to review all their proposed knowledge records. If they have questions, they document their questions in the knowledge record history. Until the knowledge record is approved, Giva eKnowledgeManager notifies the proposer via email of any entries made in the knowledge record by knowledge approvers. All users can also automatically receive this report via email in an HTML format.
