Knowledge Base Search Results

When you search for knowledge, as opposed to clicking the record number with the FAQ or Most Frequently Used list, the first thing you see is a list of knowledge records. This is a list that Giva eKnowlegeManager search results. The results are in record score order with the one that Giva thinks comes closest to answering your question on top. In the example below, Giva eKnowlegeManager believes with 95 percent certainty, that the Memory Card Specifications knowledge is the one you want.

Widen Search Scope

If the search criteria you entered did not produce the results that you need, you have the option to widen the search scope. The link at the top of the page expands the scope. You can keep expanding until you exhaust the list of possible records. At that point, the hyperlink name changes to "Narrow Search Scope."
