You can perform initial Giva eKnowledgeManager set-up and configuration in hours. There are only four required steps (User/Customer Roles, Application Settings, Knowledge Categories, and User Rating) and three optional steps (Knowledge Sources, Rejection Reasons, and Knowledge Security Levels) for Giva eKnowledgeManager implementation.
