Application Settings (Step 2)

This is where you designate the number of approvers that are required to approve a knowledge record before it can be available to customers. The Application Settings section also show the names of all authorized approvers and Administrators.

Knowledge Categories (Step 3)

Knowledge categories are the big buckets that you classify knowledge into. A category can be any logical grouping that you want and is often associated with Subject Mater Experts.

Knowledge Ratings (Step 4)

When customers find knowledge to resolve their question or problem, they have the option to rate how well this has helped them. You can enter as many as you like, use any names and order them to fit your requirements.
